What my new norm looks like: peace, presence, and trusting God’s timing one moment at a time. A beautiful place to be♥️ I know my refuge and my dwelling place✝️

Psalms 91:9-11

Side note… 40s…. such a dope decade of remixing all you ever thought you knew! A time to keep leveling up

Disappear. Heal. Train. Glow different. 🤍 I have been moving in silence (figuratively and literally) through the storms. But I’m still moving in God’s divine protection and direction ❣️

My season of silence has allowed God to work in me and through me to create something IN HIS WILL! This has been in the works and coming soon!

✨Introducing SheRose Divine Collective✨

Called to purpose, this was created because too many women are surviving when they were created to thrive.

Quick take aways
✨Faith based women events
✨Coffee and convo dates
✨Live stream platform of positivity, wellness, and more
✨Wellness and fitness Guidance/Coaching/Education
✨Authentic living

In a world that celebrates performance over presence and productivity over peace, SheRose Divine was born as a sacred return to WHOLENESS, to intentional living, and to the woman God designed each of us to become.

We believe true wellness is NOT a trend, a title, or a temporary fix.
It is alignment.
It is restoration.
It is becoming rooted in faith while honoring the mind, body, and spirit.

SheRose Divine Collective exists to create elevated spaces where women are invited to slow down, soften, and strengthen through “iron sharpen iron” approach and without apology. Where self-care is sacred, growth is intentional, and sisterhood is deeply nourishing.

We exist to guide women through seasons of healing, refinement, and renewal. To remind them that becoming is not rushed, not a season, but a lifestyle. That beauty is built in the quiet moments, strength and softness were never meant to compete.

Through curated experiences and sisterhood events, soulful practices, conversations, and faith-centered grounding, we support women in rising with clarity, confidence, and purpose, fully embodied and divinely led.

This year taught me to pause long enough to hear God.
To discern before deciding. To remember who I am in Christ when everything around me is moving fast.

I quiet the noise, and step away when necessary,
and let God refine me into a better, truer version of myself.

I am learning to move with grace, not urgency.
With trust, not striving.

“The steps of a good woman are ordered by the Lord.” — Psalm 37:23

I had all the ingredients.
The gifts.
The vision.
The strength.
The resilience.

But I had to learn that having the ingredients isn’t enough.

The Creator must be the main character.
The One I consult.
The One I surrender the recipe to.

Because purpose without His presence leads to burnout,
and calling without counsel leads to confusion.
I took a season of stillness and became intentional in my relationship with God.
Now, I move differently.
I don’t just create…I seek.
I don’t just plan..I pray.
I don’t just build…I obediently follow.

Today was a special day for me. If I had got married I might be plastering it alI over social media so you better believe this is BIGGER THAN ANY WEDDING and was a long time coming. God has pulled on me, the Holy Spirit has shown me, and Jesus has called me! People have asked where I have been because I been “quiet” or disappeared… I am have been answering a call on my life. What it looks like and where it is taking me I don’t know . But what I do know is it is my purpose and whatever it is it is greater than my wildest imagination because it is in the will of God. Thank God for new Church home @ncbfchurch 💕 and family I have been led to on this journey!

Moving out of my way and allowing God’s will to lead me is where I have been. Doing things sometimes that don’t make “sense “ but they make blessings. Being uncomfortable yet at peace because I know this is greater than me. THAT is where I have been. Establishing a home in Christ, focused on what I have been told to do, and changing my life. No where near perfect but have found a perfect peace in what my decision of how I am choosing to live!

I am@officially a #womanofsubstance = #AWomanofGod that has committed to take up my cross and follow Him who died for me!

After years of not doing yoga I leaped at the opportunity to join this class that @xtremecompound hosted with @yesiambella (thank you for this)!! Hot yoga used to be my thing! I loved every aspects of it but had been intimidated to start again. It was ROUGH (yet refreshing) to say the least but even with that I always find a sense of peace and grace with myself when I return to my mat! Allowing me to turn inward and upward is so refreshing! I think it’s time to make this part of my daily routine like it used to be! All about going back to the basics of what
