Are you a 🐶 on defense??

You can do all the defensive drills in the world. It means nothing if you’re not a dog on defense!

Block Finishing Breakdown. Add to your 🎒!!

Ask yourself this (and be honest):

Are you more likely to take 7+ dribbles on an iso opportunity? Or make a hard cut in the context of an offense with the option to duck in against a mismatched defender?

Baby hooks are a super effective, high percentage shot that should be more utilized! And mastering this will lead to the next move!
