healing thoughts 💭

peace doesn’t come from leaning on people or constantly looking outward for happiness.
it comes from learning to be okay alone, choosing to feel instead of distract, to sit with emotions instead of run from them.
some days it’s gym, journaling, setting boundaries.
other days it’s overthinking, spiraling, needing space.
both are valid. both are healing.
it’s not about being perfect 🖤
