Meet @florkubana.style, my Cuban mami! I had the privilege of meeting her while hosting a bunch event in Jamaica called #KingstonBelleBoozyBrunch. Yhordy myself and our late friend Dexter Pottinger were all common friends, so I knew we’d get along just fine!

The next few years of our friendship would fruit a beautiful cross pollination of works where I’d sit for her eyewear campaign and she’d dazzle for my editorials. Thank you for the joy and constant exchange of creativity and progressive energy working with you.

Yesterday, I discovered this perfect little gem by what some will call #coincidence but I call #destiny. On 6 Cargill Avenue is this treasure trove of great, amazing quality vintage clothing that arrested me and I just could not leave the store without grabbing me up a piece of the treasure.

Let me introduce you to my BEST DISCOVERY (not trying to Christopher Columbus di ting still) of 2023 - @thriftnatureja. You also will be hard pressed to experience this level of #customerservice anywhere else.

Good morning.
There are so many lessons that we can garner from the difficult, unprecedented experiences of life.

Every experience is a teacher that has shown up in your life to teach you something. It is not so much the experience, but your response that will determine the outcome.
