"As a child, we react. As an adult, we choose."
There was a time in my life when I lost my health, I lost the version of family I thought would hold, and I realized no one was coming to save me. I was the plan.

That realization changed everything. I stopped reacting to everyone else's urgency and started making intentional choices. I created the D.E.C.I.D.E. Self-Leadership framework because I was tired of seeing capable people including myself wait for permission to lead their own lives. I lived it, I transformed through it, and now, I teach it.

For over 15 years, I’ve used sport coaching fundamentals to help people unlock their potential. But with the launch of my new book, Unnegotiated Self, I am taking this mission further.

I am actively booking Keynote Speaking engagements and Group Workshops to help organizations and teams replace burnout with practical, immediate action.

My ask for my friends and family today:
If your workplace, organization, or community group is looking for a speaker or a workshop facilitator who keeps it real and focuses on getting 1% better every day, please tag them below or share this post! Let’s turn survival mode into alignment.

Let's connect at FeliciaMycyk.com.
Buy the book today at all major online retailers and direct from me at Unnegotiatedself.com

Big congrats to @grand_papa_squad on the sponsored gear 🔥
That SWAT style vest fits his energy perfectly. Chef by craft. Savorer by nature. Someone who knows how to slow life down and enjoy every moment.

Rolling in the Chrysler 300 with the MPHEROES inspired track Taste the Moment, this one is about presence, confidence, and appreciating the now. Unrushed.
