When you’re heavy… DANCE.
When you’re mourning… PRAISE.
When you don’t know what else to do… WORSHIP.

Sometimes the breakthrough isn’t found in understanding the weight…it’s found in lifting your praise right in the middle of it. 🔥

We are SO excited and honored to have been at Dwell Conference! What an incredible time of worship, presence, and encountering Jesus. 🤍

We came ready to pour out, but God reminded us that when we worship, He meets us right there.

The End of Hunger

When my "Frampy" stopped eating, we knew the end was near.
His appetite faded first—and not long after, so did his strength.

It’s strange how the body knows what the spirit already senses:
the end of hunger marks the beginning of death.

The same is true in the spirit.
When we stop hungering for His Word, His presence, His voice—
when the things of God no longer stir our appetite—
something in us begins to die.

Jesus said, “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled.”
It’s not the full who are blessed.
It’s the hungry.

If you’ve lost your appetite, don’t ignore the symptoms.
Ask Him to awaken your hunger again.
Because the end of hunger is the start of death—
but the return of hunger is the beginning of revival. 🔥

October—the 10th month—speaks of completion and new beginnings. Just as leaves fall, God is calling us to let go of the old so He can bring forth the new.

This is a month of harvest, repentance, and open doors. Step into His presence, release what you’ve been carrying, and prepare for what’s ahead.

👉 “Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?” (Isaiah 43:19)

I used to think God wanted my performance—the perfect prayer, the flawless worship, the “have-it-all-together” me. But I’ve learned He just wants my presence. 🕊️

As someone who struggled with people-pleasing and insecurity, it’s freeing to know I don’t have to impress Him. I just have to be with Him. ✨

Because His presence > my performance. Always. ❤️

👉 If you’ve been trying to earn His love, hear this: YOU ALREADY HAVE IT!

✨ And if you’re ready to walk this out with other women breaking free from the same struggles, join me inside The Redemption Circle. Let’s get untangled and start living. 💫

The Proof is in His Approval…

In Acts 14, Paul and Barnabas faced lies, slander, and opposition. But instead of stopping to defend themselves, they kept doing what God had assigned them to do. And God Himself confirmed their message—proving it true through signs and wonders.

Sometimes the greatest evidence that you are walking in the will of God isn’t your words of defense, but His stamp of approval. You don’t have to chase down every critic or correct every rumor. Keep your hands on the assignment, and let God make good on His Word.

👊 Stay faithful.
🔥 Keep moving.
🙌 Watch Him prove Himself through your obedience.

September isn’t just another month on the calendar—prophetically, the number 9 represents divine completion. It’s a reminder that the God who began a good work is faithful to finish it (Philippians 1:6). 🔥

There are some things in this season that God is bringing to a close—not to leave us empty, but to make room for the new beginnings He’s prepared. What looked like delay was actually Him perfecting the details.

What felt unfinished is about to come full circle. 😮‍💨

This September, I’m believing for completion in promises, prayers, and processes. The loose ends tied. The unfinished chapters closed. The heart work healed.

📖 He’s the Author and the Finisher. And in September, I choose to trust Him with the endings because it means His better beginnings are already on the way. 🌺

God lit the fire on the altar, but He gave the priests the charge to keep it burning:

“The fire on the altar must be kept burning; it must not go out.” – Leviticus 6:12

Last weekend, God set something ablaze in us—His holy fire fell. But now comes our part: tending the flame through faithfulness. Revival doesn’t survive on emotion; it’s sustained by devotion.

💡 How do we keep the fire burning?
• Word – Feed the flame with Scripture daily.
• Worship – Keep lifting your song when no one’s watching.
• Prayer – Stir the coals through consistent communion with Him.
• Community – Keep showing up. Attending and serving at church keeps your fire connected to the fire of others.
• Obedience – Every “yes” to God is fresh oil on the fire.

The spark was sovereign, but the stewardship is ours. Let’s not let what God lit become smoke and ashes—let’s fan it into a blaze that never dies.

🔥 Keep the fire. Keep it burning. Keep it holy.
