Mackie and I are both Leo’s - July Leo and August Leo, respectfully, but still Leo’s. And to celebrate our birthday, we’ve partnered with one of our favorite spots in Philly to raise money for a charity that means a lot to both of us, Planned Parenthood. I partnered with Paffuto to create the Cookie Dough Cinnamon Bun, a glorious mash up of two of my favorite desserts, topped with incredibly delicious house made vanilla icing. And Mackie & Paffuto have created the Roast Pork Panzarotti: slow roasted & marinated pork, a long hot broccoli rabe salsa verde, and plenty of sharp provolone and mozzarella cheese, topped with a pork crackling salt. Both of our collab items will be available Thursday August 13th to Sunday August 23rd, with a portion of all sales being donated to Planned Parenthood Southeastern PA. Please please try these items because Paffuto is amazing, they really brought our vision to life, & this is truly a dream come true for both myself and Mackie. It’s the last rotti week, and we’re running this bad boy with our homies from @emmettphilly !👑👑 We’ve worked with @chef.evan.snyder and @julianulian a handful of times, they’re sweet gems and always know what’s good.
