Gave my husband his annual performance review. Two “needs improvements,” zero raise, and he is now filing a complaint with HR (me). Married girls, what would YOUR husband’s review say? Comment REVIEW and I will send you the template so you can run his tonight. 😂

Saying it out loud so we have to do it. One year from now I am a mom, home with our baby, and our firm is what makes that possible. This is the whole reason we started. Comment PLAN and I will share you how we are structuring the next 12 months.

Apparently, I decided my fear of heights needed to be challenged… so I went ZIPLINING with Dwight. 😂

That first zip line took some serious courage. But after I did it once, the next one got a little easier, then the next, and the next. By the end, I was flying through the trees like I wasn’t terrified of heights.

Then came the final challenge: walking off a platform and dropping straight down. Definitely one of the scariest moments. There was nothing to do but trust that I would be supported.

And it made me think about business and life.
Courage compounds. Every uncomfortable conversation. Every time you do something you’re not ready for. Every time you push past fear instead of backing away.

You build confidence one scary step at a time.
And eventually, you’re standing on a much bigger platform thinking, “I’ve done hard things before. I can do this too.”

Don’t wait until you’re fearless. Do the scary thing. Let the courage build.

10 years since we met. 10 years of memories, growth, laughter, challenges, adventures, and building a life together❤️

Looking back through these photos, it’s crazy to see how much has changed, and how much has stayed the same.

I’m so grateful for thr life we’ve created and even more excited for everything still ahead.

Happy 10 years to us🥂

Some of the next leaders in our business, all sitting around one table. 🔥

One of my favorite parts of what we’re building isn’t just the financial side of the business. It’s watching people grow in confidence, develop leadership skills, and start seeing bigger possibilities for themselves and their families.

Different backgrounds. Different stories. One table.

And this is just the beginning. 📈

We’re building a community of people who want to learn, grow, help others, and create something of their own.

Who would you want sitting at the table with you? 👇

We usually play board games. This was fun to do a mid week mix up.

Vegas 2026. This is what a professional, growth oriented culture looks like. People who show up for each other, push each other, and celebrate every win together.

We’re expanding locally in North Carolina and looking for ambitious, growth-minded action takers to be part of the next wave of our team. Our Goal: 100 licensed professionals by end of 2026. If that’s you or you know someone, comment or DM me “RISE.”

People hear ‘business trip’ and think boring meetings and bad hotel coffee.
We hear business trip and think this.
The people in your corner make all the difference. We’re not just building a business, we’re building something with people we actually like being around.
July is loading… Vegas is our next step, we’re coming.
If your work trips don’t feel like this, it might be time to find your people.

Who else is married to someone who’s completely obsessed with AI? 🙋🏽‍♀️ At this point, I’ve lost count of how many apps, agents, and “genius ideas” my husband has created.

So I told (I mean… encouraged😏) he might want to channel some of that brainpower into the family side of our Faith • Family • Business life…

And listen…he actually delivered. He created this marriage game, and I’m not even gonna lie… he won me over with this one. It turned into the highlight of our anniversary date. Who knew AI could be this romantic?!

10/10 recommend marrying an action oriented growth focused person… results may surprise you 😅
