Life update! Here are some pics of my moving adventures since leaving Tasmania, Australia in 2021 mid COVID 🙈 ! First is me with Harriet in Tasmania when I shipped her to America. I landed in Florida where I spent 8 months with amazing friends cooking and launching my brand in the USA! 🇺🇸 I had no idea what God had in store for me in this fair land! I was fresh out of a break-up and ready to explore new opportunities for myself. Second picture is me at the airport in Sydney getting ready to meet Harriet in the USA . Third is my first meal I cooked for family in Florida. I bought over in my cooler crayfish my brother and I caught right before I left. 4th is Harriet all packed up and me about to drive from Florida to California to explore the west coast of America and base myself in Southern California . I was greeted by the only crew I knew in the area and they helped me unpack my truck and trailer. My California adventure lasted 3 years! I made the most amazing friends and had the best adventures. I am so blessed to be sponsored by amazing brands that enabled me to meet some incredible humans that have become lifelong friends! I went to the @traegergrills summit in 2021 in salt lake Utah and feel in love with the are - these cominitues have opened up some amazing doors and friendships. The rest just snowballed from there! Photos 9 onwards is me on my road trip with all my gear to Oakley, Utah. I’ve moved into a river cabin . I can’t wait to see what God has for me in the Midwest ! I’m officially in my cowgirl era and I am so happy and excited for all season has! Most of all I’m just so grateful for friends that showed up for me to help me on this journey of life ! Community is everything, human connection is so precious and sacred and one of Gods greatest gifts to us all! Woohoo Utah… now to find myself a cowboy 🤠 🙉 ! Ps, I’ll write another post on things I’ve learnt about traveling overseas ! It’s been a wild learning curve!! I still travel to Australia 3 months out of the year but - once a Aussie always a Aussie 🥰
