that's another summer in the books :))
i really can't thank Impulse enough for an incredible season. this was the most fun ive had doing band in a very long time, the most ive learned in the course of a season, the most ive struggled in a season, and the most ive laughed in quite a bit. Impulse will always feel like home to me 🥹
shout-out to the homies on the line, they were the best and i love each of y'all. couldn't have asked for anyone better to share this season with. the people really are what make it all worth it
shout-out to the battery staff, especially the snare staff, they worked so incredibly hard and were so passionate about us, i truly hope to have made them proud
special shout-out to Tim, someone who has been one of the biggest influences on who i am as a drummer, and frankly as a person today. Impulse will not be the same without you, and we wish you all the best with your future endeavors !

thanks again Impulse.. can't wait to do it all over again :)

p.s. i don't really take pictures so basically all of this is pics from @framesbyrich lol. shout-out to him as well he's da goat :P

Impulse 2026⚠️

What a season of accomplishment. I wanna shoutout and thank my amazing drum major team, Urara, Carlos, and Cheyenne for truly embodying this season with so much heart and relentless effort. Each of you have grown beautifully despite hardships and challenges this season and I couldn't be more proud of each of you for making it through. I couldn't have asked for a better team 🤍

To my fellow members, thank you all for reminding me what passion and perseverance looks like. I am so fortunate to have served such an amazing group of people who really put their all out on the field everytime we had a chance. It was an honor being your drum major and those of you who have more years to march I will see yall in 2028 for my ageout 😉

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who helped make this summer at Impulse pretty impactful on me as a person and player. I can’t say conditions were always the easiest, but the memories and experience made it all worth it. I’ll miss all of yall, especially the older members 🙂‍↕️

it was hard to try and fit this amazing season in only 20 pictures because of how meaningful and memorable it was.

not only did we break numerous chaparral records, but we also gained friends, family, experience, and confidence in this season.

to our basses: going into the season with 5 newbies and the biggest bass line we've ever had was scary for all or us. but i can say that you all exceded our expectations and made us proud to say that you are on this line. keep up the work. and lets see where it can take us !!

to our quads: lets be fair, without you 4, battery would never be the same because you all bring so much to the table. in terms of skill, personality, reliability, and so much more. thank you guys for always sticking through it and showing the rest of us that we are a family. excited to see all the amazing things you will all do in the future.

to our snares: this line will always be something i consider family (as a snare myself) and no matter where anything takes us in life, i hold a special place for you all in my heart. you all bring this battery together and the progress from everyone is truly inspiring. of course we had so many ups and downs this season, but one thing we never doubted was our bond and trust in each other. i personally cannot wait to see what can be accomplished in the future !!

sorry for the yap, but in conclusion, im just so proud of everyone included in this program and i applaud everyone for their hard work. thank you all for making up the CHS Fall 2024 drumline and for being special people we got to march with. lets continue working even harder for winter and the many seasons we have ahead of us! i love you all and can't wait to see what we have in store for the winter...
