Last night we celebrated Prolex turning 10.

Somehow it feels like SO much happened, but also like a flash in the pan.

It all started from hating engineering in uni and wanting to prove to my parents I wasn’t a failure.

That turned into combining my passion for cars and cameras.
Which turned into a passion for building a business.
Which turned into a passion for building a business and growing people.

Incredibly grateful for every client, team member, and everyone I’ve met throughout the years, whether relationships ended or are still current and thriving.

Lessons drawn every single damn day (and made into a task for our ops to patch the bug 🫡)

Last year finally felt like the foundation was set.

This year it’s time to go on offence.

I don’t feel successful. But I do feel closer to the dream.

And the takeaway is that I never had a plan B. The dream was going to be achieved, no matter what. No matter how difficult or uncomfortable the journey is.

Every time I thought I was successful for a moment in time, it was just a level being completed and the next one being unlocked. And that meant growth, which is something to be grateful for.

I am proud of a lot of aspects of the business, but the one thing I’m most proud of is the team I’m betting on to reach the peak of the vision I have for this thing.

10 years in. But somehow it feels like we’re just getting started. Time to push like never before.
