🚨 PR ALERT 📈

Dylan Bekgran hit 86 today. Five times.🤯

16 years old. 6’6”. Left-handed. He topped out at 83 in-game this summer — that’s how fast this is moving.

Velo jump is cool but his arsenal is cooler🤫

→ FB — 95.6% spin efficiency, true 10:32, 13.6” ride with 11.7” of run
→ SL — 2125 rpm at 2:57, sweeping the opposite direction
→ SP— 7.6” of separation under the heater, 1300 rpm, killed spin

21.6” of horizontal separation between the fastball and the slider. Two pitches running opposite ways out of the same release window: 4.7 to 5.2 feet, all three pitches, nearly identical side. Hitters get one look and three answers.

Only 10.5% of his fastballs caught the heart of the plate. He’s already living off the barrel at 16.

That’s not something easy to teach. And lucky for us, he was receptive and coachable. One of the best baseball IQs in the youth space.

2028 LHP. D1 staffs… get in early. 🎯

Don't waste another season. These guys didn't.

Kieran Purcell — 4th home run in under a month.

Sage Caesar— showed out in front of college coaches. Player of the Year this spring, multiple offers coming August 1st. 4 years of year-round work cashing in all at once.

Dylan Bekgran — home run #11 and a double backside in the same weekend. 105 EV, and now it's showing up in games, not just the cage.

Tyler Metz — another double, and doubles are becoming an every-weekend thing. He came here looking for consistency. He found it.

Joe Wilger — learning to control his load so he can keep his weight back. A few sessions in and it's already showing up in game.

None of that is luck. And none of it is talent that just showed up one weekend.

It's what happens when a hitter stops guessing and gets a real evaluation of HIS swing, a plan built around how HE moves, and someone in the cage holding him to it while the season is happening.

That's the Prospect Blueprint.

More reps won't fix a broken plan.

That's the lesson every hitter in this carousel learned before they got here.

They were grinding.
Putting in cage time.
Watching breakdowns.
Trying to piece together a swing from 10 different sources.

And none of it was sticking.

Not because they weren't working hard enough.
But because hard work without direction just grooves bad habits faster.

Here's what changed:

We stopped guessing and started with an evaluation. What does YOUR body actually do?
What movement is it capable of?
Where's the disconnection?
Where are you limiting yourself?

Once you know that, the plan writes itself.
And the results come fast.

Swipe through.
These are real hitters, real games, real results.

No gimmicks. No generic cues.
Just a system built around how YOU move.

If you're done tinkering and ready to own your swing, DM "BLUEPRINT" to see if you're the right fit 🔥

HYBRID ATHLETE OF THE WEEK🏆

Shoutout to Dylan. 🪽

Dylan continues to build an impressive résumé this summer. He’s truly a pitching savant.

We joke around and call him “Rain Man” because he’s already calculating the strikeout in his head three pitches before it actually happens. 🤣

Normally, we tell athletes to think less and trust their instincts. But Dylan is different. For him, processing the game this way is almost soothing. It’s rhythmic. It’s how he’s wired, and we don’t want to take that away—we want to optimize it.

His velocity is still in the low-to-mid 80s, so there’s plenty of room to grow. But that’s exactly what makes him so exciting. The upside is enormous.

We genuinely believe Dylan has the potential to become one of the best pitchers to ever come through the NST system.

Remember this post.

We’re incredibly proud of your progress, Dylan. Now it’s time to attack the offseason and make 90 MPH the new normal.

stay delusional.

6 hitters. 6 different starting points. Same system.

Every one of these guys came in with the same story:

"My swing feels different every day."

"I feel great in the cage but can't do it in games."

"I don't know what to fix."

The problem was never talent. It was never effort. It was that nobody gave them a system — a clear blueprint of where they are, what's holding them back, and exactly how to fix it.

That's what the Prospect Blueprint does.

We assess your strength, power, mobility, bat speed, and exit velo — then build a plan around YOUR swing.

Not an Instagram drill.
Not someone else's mechanics.
Yours.

The results are in the slides.
The system is the Prospect Blueprint.

FROM 70💩 TO #4 LHP IN NY 😳🔥

Less than 2% of high school baseball players ever play Division I baseball.

But if you’re ranked top 10 in your state by PBR, there’s a good chance you’re already in the 70-90% range to play Division I baseball… and for the very best of those players, pro baseball becomes realistic too.

That’s just what the numbers say 🤷‍♂️

Obviously there are exceptions. But the goal should always be to develop yourself into the best possible product for college coaches.

That’s exactly what Dylan did this offseason.

From 70 mph to becoming the #4 LHP in New York.

And we’re not done yet… the process continues. Very excited to see what the future holds for him. 🪽

Hip Unloading Feels

The focus is learning how to hold back torso rotation, which is why we cue “rotate after front foot strike.” Consistent constraints teach the body to delay rotation, allowing energy to be stored longer and released more efficiently across all three planes.

We like this drill for Dylan because it helps him think less about his hips and let them function naturally. The core velo belt emphasizes rotation without him forcing it as he rides the slope.

An alternative is ditching the belt or water bag and using a PVC pipe—simply rotating the hips at landing while keeping the torso back. Same goal, different constraint.

NST ATHLETE OF THE WEEK 🪽

Shoutout to @dyl.an.13 for putting in relentless and consistent work—adding +10 MPH in one year 😮‍💨📈

Dylan is projected to be a starting pitcher this season at Pine Bush High School and is already drawing D1 attention 👀⚾️

We’ll be breaking down our process, the adjustments we made, and how he unlocked this kind of velocity. And honestly… he’s trending toward another PR very soon. Wouldn’t be surprised if we’re back posting +15 MPH in the near future 👀🔥

Appreciate you trusting us, Dylan. We’re just getting started—keep chucking it, kid 💪🔥
