MAX OUT DAY !!! 🔥 Athlete: @aidendantonio Squat:455lbs PR🚨 +50lbs Bench: 305lbs PR🚨 +30lbs Deadlift: 430lbs PR🚨 +30lbs Total: 1190lbs PR🚨 +110lbs what an accomplishment and absolute performance from Aiden. Day in and out he gives it his all and he never gives up. This is what it looks like to trust the process not rush the process!! I’ve been programming Aiden for 3 months and his potential has really been showing. His total when we started was well under 1000lbs and now we are nearing 1200lbs. Along with his recomp Aiden within 3 months has been able to pack on around 20lbs & getting him to actually work core. Super blessed to have him on my team and watch out, a lot more coming from him in the future 🦍💪 If you’re interested on 1:1 coaching in person or just programming send me a DM and let’s get started 🤝

Trust in the Process! Athlete: @neto_liftss • Squat: 300 lbs (+35 lb PR 🚨) • Bench: 245 lbs (+8 lb PR 🚨) • Deadlift: 385 lbs (+10 lb PR 🚨) • Total: 930 lbs (+53 lb Total PR 🚨) • Bodyweight: 175 lbs Athlete: @alxli_fts • Squat: 255 lbs (+40 lb PR 🚨) • Bench: 210 lbs (+5 lb PR 🚨) • Deadlift: 365 lbs (+35 lb PR 🚨) • Total: 830 lbs (+80 lb Total PR 🚨) • Bodyweight: 160 lbs These past 15 weeks with these men have been nothing short of a journey. We faced obstacles, setbacks, self doubt, fatigue, and more than a few frustrating sessions. But through all of it, we stayed committed. I kept reminding them, and myself, that there is light at the end of the tunnel if you stay the course. Learning to program from the ground up for two completely different lifters was no easy task. Nothing here was cookie cutter. We built everything from scratch. understanding their leverages, adjusting technique, and finding the safest and most confident way for them to approach every lift. Powerlifting was brand new to both of them, and honestly, I hesitated at first because I wasn’t confident in myself yet. But through months of trial and error, we finally had our breakthrough, and today, both of these gentlemen proved what trusting the process truly looks like. Everything clicked today. Alex and Ernesto walked in dialed in, confident, and ready. For me, it was one of those proud coaching moments you never forget. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to guide them. 🙏 If you’re interested in working with me, DM me and let’s build real strength together. 💪 All glory to the Most High ✝️ #powerlifting #athletes #coach
