Scroll through to see where I'll be heading this fall with the specific intent of playing music for people with my friends! Stoked to return to some awesome venues this season and likewise to play some more for the first time. Such is the job and I adore it.

Borrowing lines from the mailing list message I sent this week, where I pondered how different it feels to consider another year gone (my years end in late October) in moments vs numbers: "When I can bring myself to consider moments, I find myself hopeful and filled with gratitude for what I have and what I've done." vs "Did I make enough progress, play enough shows, write enough songs, make enough money?"

Looking forward to soaking in a whole lot more moments on the road this fall. Hope to see you out there!

Stoked to make our debut at the @burrenbackroomseries in Somerville MA on November 5th!! We're sharing the bill with our pal Jesse James DeConto aka @thepinkertonraid. We've been ships in the night with Jesse from New York to Wisconsin and it'll be great to finally link up for a show!
Tickets are on sale now on the Burren site and on our calendars. Grab some seats early and bring a friend! It's going to be a great night at a very cool venue. 40 minutes from Gloucester and Cape Ann!

One of the most beautiful rooms I've ever played: the auditorium at Silver Bay. We got a short set last fall at Mountain Music Festival and this weekend we got to go back to play for a great crowd that came just to see us. The campus, stage, sound, rafters - all stunning - but the best part was the full moon rising through that big back window as we played our final song of the night. The cherry on our summer sundae.

🇺🇸 Please answer my question at the end of the video, I need your help! Live with Paulus Schäfer on Minor Swing. He started Django’s 1937 solo, so I joined in to play the whole thing together. Great memories from Carrboro! We’re playing again tomorrow at Café de Stam in Nuenen with Jimmy Grant and Paulus Schäfer.

We will be IN THE BARN tonight at @thecocknbull ! There might be thunder and rain outside, but under the big beams we will be cozy and warm. We had a string of four straight years of good luck with late August weather on the patio stage and it was bound to run out. But that means we'll get to do our first ever summer barn show! Last I heard there were still some seats but give them a call to make sure 518-882-6962
