🎞️ Film buff. Inspired by @pdub58 and his Brownie Film camera, I went a little more modern with a Kodak Pony II from the late 1950s. This is my first roll of film (15 year old Kodak Tri-X 400) and I’m really happy with the results. I bracketed exposures and the results reflect it. Some are blown out. Some are rich. I didn’t edit these (besides cropping) and I think they are pretty cool. Unfortunately, things got a little sideways at the end of the roll and I exposed a few shots during the rewind process. All shot by me except the one of me by @pdub58 The photo of the almost 70 year old camera was taken with a iPhone. 📲📷 #kodak #rochesterny Film processing by @thedarkroomlab

Noah Towne is 2️⃣1️⃣‼️ Happy birthday to our first-born man-child. A senior at WMU, a crew member at Trader Joe’s, a ripping skateboarder and just a cool dude in general. We know your day will be action packed. We love you and are proud of all of it!

Rest easy, beautiful Bea. We lost our beloved Dobie, Bea, on Sunday afternoon. She had just received a heavy diagnosis a week earlier, but was on meds and seemed like she was doing better each day. Even on Sunday, she ate a nice breakfast, went for a mellow walk, got excited about critters in the yard and then—it was over, just like that. In her almost ten years with us, she definitely wreaked her fair share of havoc. She was wild in a different way than any other dog we’ve had. She was friendly to most any human, great in public, great in the car and (mostly) good on a leash, but had a prey-drive like no other and the legs to back it up. She could jump our four-foot fence like it was nothing and more than a few times, made a long-term run for a deer or other fast moving animal that had us on search & rescue missions for hours. Her trophy shelf included rabbits, moles, possums, voles and more. I don’t think she ever caught a deer and don’t know what she would have done if she had, but she surely tried. Ironically, the chipmunks in our backyard are now literally dancing on her grave, but they are the only ones rejoicing. She was part of our family and our pack and she is dearly missed. We love you, sweet girl...
