Project Runway Season 22 has premiered on Freeform, Hulu, and Disney+

Had an absolute blast serving as gaffer for DP Jason Haffer (@jason_hafer_dp) on this season. Jason, thank you for trusting me with your vision and for making the entire process such a fun and enjoyable collaboration.

Couldn't have done it without Best Boy extraordinaire Bill Hoffman (@billhoffmann_ & @gardenstatelighting). Thanks for keeping me grounded, helping conduct the orchestra, and stepping in as rigging gaffer on our location builds.

A huge thank you to all of the incredible techs who helped pull off all the builds. It was a pleasure working alongside such a talented, hardworking, and genuinely fun group of people throughout our three-month run.

One of the best parts of this job was the people. We made new friends, strengthened old friendships, and somehow managed to have a great time while pulling off some pretty ambitious setups. The positive energy everyone brought every day made coming to work something to look forward to.

And last but definitely not least, thanks to my mom for her famous rice pudding, which somehow became the most popular thing on set and was probably the only reason people kept me around 😂

Grateful for this crew and this experience. Looking forward to the next one!

Each day, when I wake, you meet my eyes with a wide grin. Though it may be effortless and familiar, I can’t help but feel as though I’m seeing you for the first time. Suddenly, the early mornings don’t seem so early. Aches and pains tend to fade away. The morning rain is not a hindrance, but a comforting hug. All this to say, when I am with you - the day shifts in my favor. The birds’ song sounds sweeter when we’re strolling along. The long drives fly by faster with you dancing in my passenger seat. The ‘good news’ I bring home gets so much better when you run to embrace me. Your love is a lifeboat in the times I’m afraid I might drown.

It is an honor to share my life with you, Lindsay, and I cannot wait for what’s ahead. There are handfuls of moments one could claim our story began…and maybe that’s a truth only kept by the stars above. However, I find the last slide in this post pretty telling — we were destined for a life of adventure. I love you 💛

Tom has captivated audiences across stage and screen for over two decades. Beloved worldwide for his role as Draco Malfoy in the ‘Harry Potter’ franchise, Tom has since built a diverse career with acclaimed performances in films such as ‘A United Kingdom’, ‘The Rise of the Planet of the Apes’, as well as Netflix’s hit ‘The Forgotten Battle’ and DC’s ‘The Flash’. On stage, he will soon reprise Draco Malfoy on Broadway in ‘Harry Potter and the Cursed Child’. Audiences can currently also watch him as Josiah Oldfield in Hansal Mehta’s ‘Gandhi’, which premiered on 17th September at the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival.
