Here’s a look at an upper body lift during the our offseason period for the @up_wwrestling. They’re coming the highest finish in school history with six All-Americans and fifth place at NAIA Nationals. We have 4 weeks of training before they’re home for the summer. The main goal is to prepare them for our bench press 1RM at the end of the semester while still finding ways to add size, train their weak points (shoulders, arms, upper back), and push their mental toughness. So proud of these ladies! They never shy away from the work. A1. Push Jerk 4x3 B1. Bench Press 6x5,4,3,3,3,3 C1. BB OHP 4x5 C2. Pull Ups 4x4-6 (5 SEC ECC) D1. BB Curl 21’s 3x21 D2.
