How my blood sugar behaved during my recent half Hyrox race 👀

Big thanks to @dylanbensonmedia for the footage🙌, especially the lunges clip which really captured how I feel about them 😂👌

If you have any questions on how I prepared as a T1D please feel free to ask 🫠

(The music is only for dramatic effect- I’m a complete beginner !)

Great day out Sunday for our end of Q1 client event 💪

Training ✅
Recovery ✅
Breathwork ✅
Connection ✅

And most importantly, good food after with zero guilt 🤝

The Lean & Limitless academy is all about fixing the head and building something that works around life.

As @pamelamlennon says here, it’s about being called out on bullshit and stepping up to the plate. Her kids now train BJJ because she got uncomfortable and started.

This makes me so proud ❤️

@durandoyle is a new man with the mindset under control. The anxiety is now like the mother in laws. You go there sometimes but you know how to leave too 😅

@eithne.oconnor.7 has become so uncomfortable and challenged herself so much this year that she doesn’t recognize herself. Not just looking physically great but having now enrolled herself in a BJJ beginners block this month also 👊

The comfortable life doesn’t fucking exist lads.

Time to step up and get a little in uncomfortable now to live the life you really desire 🧠💪

FYI - on MONDAY, we’ll be announcing a one-time 90-day “Mind Right, Body Tight” Summer Transformation Special for just 5 people who want to bulletproof their mindset and build a body they are proud of this summer without fad diets or restriciton 🤯

If you read this far and want the deets of this one-time opportunity before anyone else, simply DM me the word ‘INTERESTED’ and I’ll send them straight across 👊

Shout out to my man @dylanbensonmedia for making us all look savage on camera. If you need a man to make you look good and showcase what you do. Hit him up 🤝

Shout out to @salteesauna providing a world class sauna as always. Train hard, recover harder 👊
