POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I didn’t realize how much I needed this until I was in it. Two days at Supertone with Augusta, Kitty, Dylan, and Eliza. Different cities, different stories, same heart for coaching and for our communities. We talked ideas, swapped what works (and what doesn’t), and laughed way too hard about all the things only studio owners understand. It felt like we’d known each other forever. Grateful for this little sisterhood. See you soon, friends! 🤍

Doing better about posting, so here you go. Check out a few photos I captured with @crewtrainingclub This isn’t all of them, but it’s a small selection from my phone.

Happy 2 years to Crew Training Club! Somebody once told me, “Don’t hold back,” so I’m taking that advice.

happy birthday @dylanemori !!! founder, friend, and a huge reason why this whole thing feels less like a studio & more like a second home. 🤎

dylan has continuously shown up for every one of us — with all the good energy, the encouragement, and her playlists 🥵 we couldn’t love her more!!!!

send our girl some birthday love! 🤎
