Now that my frontal lobe is fully developed (25 today) I figured I’d drop some wisdom I’ve picked up over the years

(p.s. I’m still figuring this sh*t out… these nuggets have just made it easier for a white boy like me to catch a bit of motion)

Perfect conditions never come.. best time to plant a tree was 20 yrs ago. The second best time is rn

Pressure is a PRIVILEGE. If people expect big things out of you that means your life carries weight

The first step in any new venture is usually the hardest one.. start messy & pivot when u need to

There’s nothing noble about making your life harder just so you can feel like an underdog. If God gave you an edge, use it

Problems rarely stay the same size. The longer you avoid them the bigger they get

Your brain will usually choose a familiar hell over an unfamiliar heaven. Do more things that scare you

You suffer more in your mind than you do in actual reality. Perspective is 🔑

Nothing is cooler than giving a f*ck

Spend your health trying to get wealthy you’ll soon realize it’s the one thing money can’t buy

The only way to truly build confidence is to keep the promises you make to yourself

Sit down to reeaally think about what it is you want or else your impulses will decide for u

Falling off does not make you a failure, STAYING off does. If u miss a day or week even… cool. Get back on and KEEP. GOING.
