We are incredibly grateful to the Shankill and Ballybrack Community First Responders who have installed a Defibrillator (AED) outside Project Fitness Dublin and big thanks to Eddie Dalton for installing the case over the weekend.

This AED is now available for use by businesses in Ballyogan Business Park and by the wider community in the event of a cardiac emergency.

The unit is registered so that if someone in the area calls 999 or 112 for a suspected cardiac arrest, the ambulance service can direct the caller to the nearest AED which may now be located here at Project Fitness Dublin.
Early CPR and access to an AED can significantly improve survival in a cardiac arrest, so having this device accessible in our community is hugely important.

Back in December our members helped raise funds to support the incredible work the Shankill and Ballybrack First Responders do. Seeing this AED installed here is a fantastic example of that support coming full circle and helping protect our local community.

A huge thank you to the volunteers who give their time to respond to emergencies and help keep our community safe.

🌍💫 Celebrating International Women’s Day at Champion Coaching 💫⚽️

Today we’re celebrating the brilliant women and girls involved in Champion Coaching - from the young girls starting out in football, to our fantastic female coaches and interns who give so much to the game every week.

As former players turned coaches, it’s always been important to me, alongside my husband Dean, to create opportunities for players of all abilities to enjoy football and grow in confidence through the game. We’re also really passionate about creating more opportunities for women to step into coaching and play a bigger role in football.

Over the years we’ve been lucky to see so many young players develop, both on and off the pitch.

💪 To the girls coming through, doing extra work week in week out with the ambition of making it as a footballer, keep going. Your effort, attitude and love for the game never goes unnoticed.

🙌 To our female coaches: you’re brilliant role models for the next generation. From mentoring players of all ages to competing at a high level yourselves – including senior League of Ireland – the example you set every day has a huge impact.

⚡ To our interns: many of you started out at our camps and clinics and are now stepping into coaching roles yourselves. Several of you are also playing League of Ireland U17, and it’s brilliant to see you doing so well in the game while also giving back and helping the next group of players coming through.

We’re really proud of the women involved in Champion Coaching. The more opportunities women have to step into coaching and leadership roles in the game, the more it encourages the next generation to do the same.

Supporting and lifting each other up is how the future of the game grows.

‘The best way to predict the future is to create it’

What a day 💙

A massive thank you to everyone who took part, donated, helped out, and supported our Winter Games fundraiser. Together, we raised an incredible €3,500 for our local first responders in Shankill and Ballybrack.

The atmosphere on the day and the teamwork on display were amazing to see. These funds will go towards helping train more people in the community and providing essential equipment to support that training.

We are hugely grateful for the support shown by everyone involved. The community really came together and it means a lot.

Thank you all ❤️

Feeling very grateful to have been part of the @champion__coaching Clinic last week, run by @stephanieroche9 .
It was a brilliant experience educating and inspiring young female players on what it takes to perform at the top level of football.

No better woman to learn from, then Stephanie with her wealth of knowledge, passion, and experience in the game making it an unforgettable few day for all involved.

Excited to see the next generation of talent continue to grow and push the standards even higher!

CHAMPION COACHING GIRLS FOOTBALL CLINIC

Another big thanks to @aineogor and @rueshalj for taking the time to come in and speak to the girls about their careers and give them some great tips and advice on how to keep improving as players. They also spent time signing autographs and posing for photos with some very excited players!

At Champion Coaching, we want to pass on the lessons and experiences that we’ve learned from throughout our playing careers to all of the players we work with. Helping them be prepared for all the highs, lows and everything in between.

As well as helping players improve technically, tactically and physically we want to try and arm them with all of the tools they will need to hopefully one day, reach their full potential. Things like mentality, game intelligence, nutrition, football s&c.

If you’d like more information on our upcoming clinics or are interested in joining our small group sessions please get in touch via our website in bio ⚽️🧠
