This week at EYBL with JL3 Elite reminded me that basketball has always been about more than basketball. It is about relationships! Reconnecting with old friends, meeting new people, learning from some of the best minds in the game, and having honest conversations about where youth basketball, NIL, and athlete development are headed. The biggest takeaway? Relationships move at the speed of trust. You show up consistently, add value, and over time you’re invited into conversations that matter. Grateful for the opportunity to experience EYBL through a different lens and for everyone who took the time to share knowledge, perspectives, and encouragement throughout the week. Looking forward to building on the conversations that started here. The work continues. #DynamicSportsCollective #JL3Elite #EYBL #NBASummerLeague
