Jeder Kilometer zählt. Jede Bewegung macht den Unterschied. 💪

⚡ Train hard. Run strong. Recover smart.

Working with Pt X for a strained R hamstring whilst training for a Hyrox competition.
➡️
Thankfully nothing too serious but best to ensure we get it fixed before her up and coming competitions.
➡️
Using @faktreducation concepts, I treated using dry needling initially followed by cupping therapy with movement and then with resistance to maximise our outcome.
➡️
Finished off with @dynamictape to offload the hamstring whilst still being able to load it to speed up the recovery process.

Back in July, Dr. Dewar had the opportunity to work as a chiropractor at the Fistball World Championships in Reiden, Switzerland, from July 23–26, alongside the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (FICS).

Working with athletes from around the world and being part of an international sporting event was such a cool experience. It was a chance to take his work beyond the clinic, support athletes competing at a high level, and connect with other professionals in sports chiropractic.

At Dewar Chiropractic, we love seeing opportunities like this that allow us to continue learning, growing, and being part of the sports community on an international stage. What a great experience for David!

I wish I could tell the version of me rebuilding after surgery that this day in Kona was coming. 🌺

There is so much wrapped up in this trip. Years of work. The patience to build endurance again. People who helped me along the way. And the excitement of getting to race on the world stage once more.

I’m proud of what it took to get here. And I’m still excited to find out what I can do.

If you’re working toward something that feels far away, I hope you give yourself the chance to see it through. Take the next step. Ask for support. Let the small gains count. You don’t have to know how the whole road unfolds to keep moving forward.

Grateful beyond words. ❤️

Hands on. Fokus an. 🙌🏼

🟧⬛ Dynamic Tape | Kreuzband & Meniskus

A long and intense competition season is finally over. What a ride!
My two big goals this year were the 24-hour hike & fly Guinness World Record and the Red Bull Dolomitenmann. Both went incredibly well. I also raced a few other events and have to admit: I love competing.
These photos are from the first Italian Open Hike & Fly Championships, where I finished second. Winning the final task was a great way to close the season.
Now it’s time to step away from the race and training routine for a bit, recharge, and then start building towards next season.
A big thank you to my sponsors and everyone who helped me reach these goals. 🙏

Racing 140.6 miles at the Kona World Championship will ask a lot of my body—especially a knee without a meniscus—and I don’t take that lightly.

I’ve spent years strengthening, rebuilding, and learning how to manage the demands I place on my knee.

Dynamic Tape has become one of the tools I trust to support that work. It’s part of how I train, how I race, and how I continue moving toward the goals that matter to me.

Want to experience the difference? I’ll be bringing free Dynamic Tape samples to Kamakahonu Beach at 9 a.m. on Sunday, October 4th, after the Ho’ala Training Swim.

Come find me and try it for yourself. I’d love to meet you! 🌺
