So I haven’t acknowledged my recent fight but I’ve spent some time thinking about it and I’m ready to be honest with you guys and myself.
I lost my fight 1min 10sec within the first round by armbar.
When I sat up I felt embarrassed, I’ve been training for 8 years now and I lost so quickly. I thought about my family and friends hard spent money wasted on a ticket for a fight that lasted a minute…
I felt like I let you all down.
And truthfully, my people are the only thing I constantly think about.. how I can be better for all of you.
I’ve been so hard and negative towards myself and I can see it digging me deeper.
I’m sharing this with all of you because I know my people will read this and I want you to know that I’m tired. I’m tired of seeing things in a dark light. I’m tired of setting that limit on myself. I want you to know I’m good and I’m grateful that I have you to love me and please know I love and think about you every day. I’m ready to go all in. Thank you for the support and love you have all given me.. shiiiet let’s grow this shit! It’s fucking hard but there’s a way! Believe in yourself!
