First time bouldering since last Tuesday and it was an amazing feeling to ease back into it. Soon I will be back to full capacity (finally). Anddd here's to finally sending the pink auto belay route that I kept jumping off of the other day!

"Here's the strange thing ... your life could end up changing." And mine surely did when I decided to get into climbing this year. I had the BEST time at @dynoclimb for their annual Halloween party (even if I couldn't boulder because of the injury from Tuesday). Couldn't ask for a better community to be welcomed into .

Almost flashed this 5.9 route, still feel like a beginner on these top rope/auto belay routes since they’re so much longer than the bouldering routes I’m used to. Gonna finish this one next time for sure! #dynoclimb #rockclimbing #armsweretired

When you have been chasing what you can see to fix what has been keeping you from yourself

I cannot get any time back, but I can
keep taking the next step to feel better, move better and maybe help someone else along the way

Not every problem is gonna be solved over night but that doesn’t mean we give up 🫶

personal fav from the comp 👌😎

🐝 kind 🐝 strong 🐝 inspiring
