Calendula Collaboration 🌼 Thank you @crumui for hosting this art collab! It was honour to be part of this group with such talented artists, each one making an individual peace and including this flower of healing in their own way. When I was thinking about the symbolism of calendula, I liked the association with warmth and sunrise. Guinea pigs are one of my most favourite animals, and I thought of my last pet, so this is sort of a tribute to him ☺️ Please take a look at these amazing artists! @crumui @elizzgal @kittendew (@haengboktae) @isabella_loveland @david_art.2002 @nishimeow @la.maan @zoe_somebody @lovelytaeyu @kupferloeckchen @c.amyas #artcollab #artcollaboration #calendula #marigold #flower #guineapig #artwork #slovakart #dneskreslim #natureart #creative #cuteanimals #animalart #animalportrait #guineapiglove #flowerart #floralart #botanicalart #artgallery #watercolor #watercolours #ecolinebrushpen #winsornewton #cansonpaper #traditionalart #watercolorart #watercolorpainting #sunrise

• calendula • ' in the middle ages, healers used the calendula as a talisman against the plague. the calendula was and is a well known plant which helps to heal cuts, burns and wounds. besides healing and strengh the calendula is also a symbol of sunshine, fire and the warmth of the rising sun. the flower represents thankfulness, excellence and serenity; but also despair and grief over the loss of love. ' well, people. finally i can post my piece of the collab ive hosted over the last 2 months. despite the rush, the extended time frame and some personal problems i can say that i am really happy that i spent this time with a small bunch of creative people who helped each other and cheered each other up for such a long time ♡ ' in the end : stan oneus. Thank you all so much for the inspiring entries!❤ I really had a hard time picking only one for first, second, third place and honoreble mentions. I'm blessed to be surrounded by such great artists!💕 (Keep in mind that I focused on creativity before skill) . 🎉🎉🎉WINNERS!🎉🎉🎉 🥇First place: A lovely, spiritual piece by @astramento ! I adore this not just because of the amazing colours but also how my own concept is used and changed! Gorgeous. . 🥈Second place: A beautifully, cosmic piece by @_thrill_seekers_ ! It sparks with creativity and lovely growing shrooms haha! The character is taken to another dimension. . 🥉Third place: A cute but still creepy piece by @cyrcusarcana ! The style and greyscale makes it pop out from the rest and I really enjoy the scene and setting created with that. Gives me the chills!! . (I will contact all the winners and talk about their rewards when I get time!) . 🏅HONOREBLE MENTIONS! The artists who is tagged on the last image are the creators behind some amazing entries, you all sure deserve some extra credit for your work❤ . And for all of you who didn't make it to this list; I'm so greatful for everything you've done for me. If I could, I would give away free commissions to every one who took part in the contest, but I'm sure all of us understand that that's not possible. I love you all and please respect my decision❤
