I turned 24 and it felt like that picture of the dog smiling up at the sky (see slide 11 for reference) 💓💐

Had a great time in my 24th year!

I moved to Chicago, and found an awesome apartment with @20childersj Olivia’s apartment is only a 10 minute walk away which is the coolest thing ever.

I started my Chicago acting career at Great Works Theatre Company; I worked on Legend of Sleepy Hollow, Number the Stars, and Romeo and Juliet. Toured three different states.

Started work as a swim instructor.

Had the best time at North Dakota Shakespeare Festival, who gave me the opportunity to play a character I’ve wanted to since my sophomore year of college. Stayed with the incomparable O’Neil Family Band as my host family! Met the coolest dogs!

My parents adopted a new little pup!

Olivia and I went on our first road trip together, which led us out of the country (the first time ever for me) to Winnipeg!

Not enough pictures to include all the things and people but this is a pretty good summary of the year! Goal for this year: Find a better work/social life balance.

I had a great weekend working with these folks. Great improv is alive and thriving.

(Sorry I didn’t get pics from the other workshops. I promise to do better next time!)

Introducing the cast of Chalo! A Soccer Musical, as part of the Chicago Cultural Center 2025-2026 New Play Residency!

Western High School soccer star Asha Gupta has one plan for her life: be captain of her team senior year, play for a D1 college, and finally come clean to her mom about wanting to be a pro soccer star. But she’s forced to shift course when transfer student Nikki Shay is assigned to be her new co-captain. Old secrets, new rivalries, and unexpected romance take the stage in Chalo! A Soccer Musical, written by Reva Sangal and Avery Powers. ⚽️
