Great training with my son. Any time with my kids are the best time for me always ❤️

No such thing as “In Season Maintenance” - you’re either getting better or you’re getting worse.

This was a 7:30 pm training session & I trained at 7:30 am today already.

Nobody cares, WORK HARDER.

Nothing better than training with my kids 🏆🏆🏆❤️❤️❤️

This was my second training session of the day, but I understand how fast life goes by, and unfortunately, I also understand that one day my kids won’t live with me, and these moments together will be less 😢

When my son asks me to train, I do it, it doesn’t matter how I feel or what I did earlier in the day or blah blah blah.

Through Wrestling, thanks to great coaches, I was trained to ignore pain, Wrestling was a brutal yet beautiful journey that changed my life forever.

When your kids ask you to do something with them, stop pretending to be busy on your phone or whatever other bullshit you pretend to do, there is nothing better than spending time with your family that you love ❤️❤️

The journey is the most rewarding & most special experience.

Most people don’t realize how much work it takes for these kids to achieve success in sports.

The reason why this is so crucial is because eventually sports will end, and then these kids have to take those lessons learned from their training, discipline and commitment, and apply them to the real world.

They will have to overcome politics, even at the youth and high school level (SAD!!), they will overcome self-doubt, they will have to overcome setbacks, injuries, and everything else in between ✔️✔️✔️

We don’t just want to see these kids winning in sports, most of all we want to see them winning in LIFE 🏆🏆
