“Strength is not built in a straight line, but in the waves of constant effort.”

🧱 Build → Bridge → Peak
Build: Lays the foundation — lots of volume, moderate weights, building muscle and work capacity.

Bridge: Transfers that muscle into strength — volume drops, intensity rises.

Peak: Converts strength to max performance — low fatigue, high intensity, readiness for competition or testing.

✅ Pros
Simple, predictable, and effective for beginners or off-season phases.
Good structure for long-term progression.

⚠️ Cons
Adaptation to a given stimulus fades after a few weeks (the body “gets used to it”).
Strength and power can temporarily decline when volume is high early on.

〰️Undulating Periodization (UP)

🔄 Concept
In undulating periodization (also called nonlinear periodization), volume and intensity fluctuate more frequently — weekly or even daily.
The goal is to vary the stimulus and keep multiple fitness qualities (strength, hypertrophy, power) developing simultaneously.

———————————————————————————

🧱 (Build → Bridge → Peak)

〰️Periodización Ondulante (Undulating Periodization, UP)

🔄 Concepto
