& i think we have become too comfortable with silencing ourselves to appease others.

the new episode this week is for those who need to be reminded of their identity, their voice, and the importance of not losing yourself in a world that is full of telling you who to be.

I open up my Bible, and I put my finger down, and it is the story of Phinehas & Hophni Eli’s sons.

The shortest intro and exit of two people you’ll ever see in the history of the Bible. Less than a paragraph.

And I’m not going to tell you where it is, cause that’s to easy, you go find it! And don’t use AI or Google…search.

But it talks about these two sons who are operating in such dishonesty, and that paragraph ends, that says, “The eyes of the Lord are on the good and the wicked at all times”. There is nothing that your Father, God is unaware of. That is a mic drop.

Do you know what it’s like to pray into something and have God answer me real time? Within 15 minutes? That’s the fastest email response you’ll ever get in your life. Right. Read your Bible. Take time for God. Do not miss your moments with God. I love that. Wake up. A chapter, two chapter, I read my Bible two hours a day. Yeah. Your Father wants to speak to you. Will you pick the phone up?

We wonder why we have no peace when we’re:
• trying to force doors to open
• manufacture outcomes
• predict every step
• protect ourselves from possible disappointment

What if true relief and breakthrough came from unclenching our fists.

!!! Trust is choosing to believe that God can do more with your surrender than you could ever do with your control!!!
LET HIM WORK.

How many of you do this?🤚

You can talk yourself out of the voice of God.

I mean, I did that a lot. But will you follow the voice of God?

There is a knowing that you know that you know in your spirit this is what I’m supposed to do. You feel it. And it’s not so much do you follow the voice of God, it’s do you ignore the voice of God?

That’s your choice. God’s not gonna do a hint and be like, “Oh, my gosh, I hid an Easter egg and I sure hope she picks it up.”

And, “Oh, it’s, mystery, but maybe she’ll open the envelope.”

That’s not how God operates. He sits there, he puts it in your spirit. He said, “This is the direction I want you to go. I am a lamp unto your feet. Start walking down that path.”

And you choose. Do you put your tennis shoes on and go, or you do not?

It’s up to you. It’s, God is a gentleman. He gives you free will and a free choice.

You choose to heed the word of God or you don’t. Wow. That’s you. It’s up to you.

I love that because the quote, you know, “Delayed obedience- is disobedience.” 100%. That puts it into perspective of how urgent our time is. And the word conviction- is so well articulated when you say it’s that stirring in your spirit, that tug on your heart. That’s conviction.

There is no “your truth.”

There is the truth. Your truth is your feelings. That’s not truth, that’s how you feel. Speaking the truth is the word of God. God’s word stands.

Either He says it or doesn’t. It is not open to interpretation. You cannot, “oh, love everyone, you know, including their sin.” It’s not what God says. You know?

God says it or He doesn’t. That’s your rule book.

Life recently - Stepping into the unknown is hard, all my life I’ve been the guy who liked being in control. I always liked to know what I would be doing the next day and the next week and the next month etc. But the start of this year, God has shown me what it looks like to be fully submitted to Him. To lean on Him and not my own understanding. In that time God has put me in many rooms I never thought I’d be in and has blessed me beyond measure. I use to believe life was all about making money, getting married, being successful all the things the world says. I now realize to live your best life is to live a life devoted to Him, serving others, loving people and doing things that make you happy and excited! Sometimes those things that excite you don’t make sense but that’s the adventure. There are so many ways to live your life! And a life unto God is how I choose to live mine!
