Our Bethlehem Road project sits just off the shore of a large, beaver-dammed pond in the Western Catskills.

The site plan combines a modified Medium Bar and an ADU. All of the main house's spaces are oriented toward the pond view. For movie night, a projector screen can drop down in front of the glass facade in the evening. We designed the ADU as a writer's cabin, a kind of contemporary Thoreau retreat, lined with full-height bookshelves and oriented to feel secluded.

Construction is well underway, with access cut in, infrastructure in the works, and framing nearly complete.

🎥 Micro-Series Episode 6 Drop

Builders don’t hire painters. They hire accountability. When a builder doesn’t have to worry about their subcontractor, that’s when real partnerships happen — and that’s what we built this company to be.

The most expensive stain job is the one you have to do twice.

This home’s failing coating couldn’t be covered up—it had to be completely stripped before it could be restored.

That’s why we trust @armstrongclarkco penetrating stains. Built to enhance the wood, simplify future maintenance, and deliver a finish that looks as good as it performs.

No shortcuts. Just the right process and the right products.
