God has exceeded every expectation, month after month. As July came to a close, I just want to say: Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness, provision, and blessings. My heart is full. 🤍✨

Nihlistic, black-pilled doomers won't like this post: good.
•
Getting involved has been a huge learning curve. I learned things are more complex than I thought which means there is more opportunity for change than I thought.
•
The republican party of Texas is not the same beast as the federal republican party.
•
In the party: precinct chairs, delegates, and county chairs and executive council positions are more powerful than you might think. They may also be easier to win than you think.
•
In local legislature: the status quo is embedded. Yet, these elections are small enough that you may have a much higher return on investment than at higher levels.
•
In regional legislature: your representatives are more accessible than you might think. If you show up regularly and ask to get involved, you will probably meet them. Name and face recognition is huge.
•
The party is not a monolith. You have internal groups on both sides of many issues, some more liberal others more conservative. In Texas, Republican does not mean conservative, because many moderates or liberals who want to be involved become "republican" just to have influence and bring change in the dominant party. Few in the party are die hard for the party, because it is a tool, not an ideological standard. This provides room for biblical ideology to confront internal threats.
•
Basically, a single church in each precinct could probably flip their chair, if everyone showed up (because almost no one else does). If churches took this seriously, you could quite literally change your state party's stated priorities in two years and then censure politicians who do not comply, run against them and start reform from the inside.
•
Networking potential is huge.
•
There is an opportunity now, that American Christians may not see again. People are dissatisfied. They are restless. They want change back toward founding principles. The Spirit seems to be moving. True Christians (not cultural ones) are the only group that has genuine access to the Author of those principles.
