I’m going to gently grab your hand for this one…
.
Your consistent lack of sleep is keeping your body in a chronic stress + inflammation loop.
.
No supplement, no coffee, no workout is going to outdo a nervous system that’s begging for rest.
.
Before you try to “optimize” anything else, optimize your sleep.
Your body will thank you.
.
.

Who’s getting adequate sleep?

This weekend’s Muscles & Mimosas event in Coppell, TX was such a beautiful reminder that wellness isn’t just about workouts and mimosas (though those were amazing 🥂💪🏾) — it’s about community, connection, and nourishing yourself from the inside out.
.
So grateful to share the stage as a wellness speaker, connect with other vendors, and pour into a crowd that truly gets what it means to care for mind, body, and soul.
