To start, thank you so so much to everyone who supported me and who donated to my Go Fund Me. I truly cannot express how much I appreciate it and how happy I am able to have gone to CNats because of it. Thank you.

Huge thank you to @thegainsmanifesto, Mr. Thomas Coons, who truly is an amazing coach and kept me pumped the entire time. With an awesome prep, him and @miss.groove got me out of my bench slump and I had such a fun meet because of it!

Thank you to all the family who came down. It was so great to see you again and for traveling just to watch me compete! I know it was a little hectic. ❤️❤️

Thank you’s to my lifting fam, especially Ahmed and Johnny, and @umichpowerlifting for all the fun this semester.

Last but not least, special thank you to my amazing, (and very handsome) assistant handler, @bars.barbell, Andrew, who kept my spirits up, and has helped me everyday over the last few months get ready for this meet. I couldn’t have done it without you, and I love you 🫶

I am so excited for the future, and to compete in many more meets to come. Now, it is time to build! 🤫🫡
