And that’s the 2025/2026 season done ✨

Unfortunately no Scottish Champs for me this year. I was floored with illness about a month ago and then away on a leadership course with work the week leading into it, which made for some less than ideal preparation.

It’s been a big year for me on and off the track and now it’s time to chill out, reflect on a successful season and start planning my moves for next year (making sure I’m in competitions further afield and hopefully in the sun with minimal Scottish wind and rain 👀)

Big thanks to my coach Ryan for putting up with me 🙂‍↔️

I’m off for a spicy margarita 🌶️

Euro summer, track edition ✨

Finishing off a busy few weeks of racing on top of the podium x2 (YAY!) @meetingarcobaleno 🥇

With my 3rd fastest ever 400m, and somehow thinking it was a good idea to come back and race the 200m just over an hour later (am I ok ?!😂)

Soo grateful for the places & people this sport brings me to 🥹 @thononathleticclub @meetingarcobaleno @atletismoplayas thankyou for having me 🫶🏼

Looking forward to doing it all again in a few weeks… hungry for so much more 🧱

@meetingarcobaleno was a blast 🇮🇹
Not the performance I wanted but considering I hadn’t run at full pace since Malta 5 weeks ago, running with no pain was the goal and we did it 🤩 I can’t thank @tmeriley and @sportsperformanceservices enough for altering sessions to keep me training at some capacity throughout.

Another big thank you to @martinbullockathletesfund for supporting me to get to this race too. It gave me more great experience racing the European circuit. Excited for the last race of the season 👏🏽🤞🏽
