This human. ⭕️

For days/weeks I’ve been trying to write something that does justice for the person you are. Yet, I failed, there aren’t enough words in this language to capture this.

But— maybe that’s the ✨ magic ✨ of it all— that it’s just to be felt by those who are lucky enough to exist in your world. Those who know you, know exactly what I’m talking about.

You are magic. ✨

I’m proud to love you.

Happy birthday 💙

Time away doesn’t mean time off 🌴 💪🏽

Currently away in Gran Canaria on a “working holiday”, but packed the habits in the suitcase:

Non-negotiables:

☕️ coffee
🥗 food
🚶🏻‍♀️ steps
🏋🏼‍♀️ gym
🛌 sleep

6/ 66 of the #Gymshark66 challenge and it couldn’t have gone better so far 😏

2024 — A year to be remembered…
2025 — A year to be excited about…

Our gym. Our family. Our home.
You lot (without even realising) remind us on a daily basis why we do what we do. YOU are the reason we graft day in day out. To build a home. To build a life. To build a community of committed individuals who always want to be the best version of themselves.

Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Here’s to 2025 ✨🥂

When turkey just isn’t going to cut it!?

@earlybird1201 (with a little help from @gdinga) smashed it out the park with this @dishoom themed Christmas dinner. Cannot wait to eat the leftovers for the next week! 🤤
