Stronger faith. Closer families. Stronger bodies. Bigger goals. New PRs. More discipline. All while giving God the glory. 🙏🏼💪🏼

The goal is to become better in every area of life not just physically, but spiritually, mentally, and as a husband, father, and man of God.

Stay disciplined. Stay humble. Keep showing up. Trust the process and give Him the glory through it all.

God first. Family always. No excuses. ✝️🔥

Ready to get to work? DM me when you’re ready to train. 💪🏼
