This Thanksgiving, our Evelyn Rose team will be taking the day off to spend time with their families. But that doesn’t mean you have to spend your holiday in the kitchen.

We’re offering a limited number of Thanksgiving Packages for pre-order and pickup on Wednesday, November 25th from 12–3:30 PM.

Featuring turkeys from @earth_n_eats , a Mennonite farm in Waynesboro, our birds are fully sous vide before finishing in your home oven for an exceptionally juicy centerpiece. Each package also includes classic sides, sauces, and our beloved Evelyn’s Carrot Cake.

4–6 guests — $250
8–12 guests — $480

Packages are available as listed with no modifications.
Email info@evelynrosevienna.com to order.

Let us handle the kitchen while you enjoy the holiday with the people who matter most.

🍷Wine and caviar offerings will be announced soon.

Green Bean Salad - Shaved Fennel, Sunflower Seeds, Charred Jalapeño Dressing, Mint, Parsley

Leafy Greens be Damned! I’ll take the crunchy beans and fennel, “spicy-adjacent” creamy dressing, and tons of herbs instead.

Beef Tartare - Sungold Tomatoes, Beef Tallow Aioli, Pickled Ramps, Peppadews, Cured Egg Yolk, Basil

Last call for Sungolds! We’re stocked up and using them for as long as we can get our fix, including with this week’s beef tartare special! Little pops of sweet gold pair incredibly well with fresh Creekstone beef, and plenty of pickles to cut through the rich beef tallow aioli.

Beef.

It’s What’s for Dinner.

Fresh ingredients. Thoughtful preparation. A glimpse behind the scenes as our team prepares our @earth_n_eats Tomato Gazpacho with fresh vegetables topped with goat feta. This is proof that the simplest dishes often require the greatest attention to detail.

Tomatoes, corn, romano beans, athena melon, eggplant, urfa biber, garlic + miso + tofu, and mint. The bounty from @farmfireside @moonvalleyfarm @earth_n_eats @lancasterfarmfresh @keepwellvinegar on display.

A really simple but beautiful cucumber salad here that started off with ‘quirk cucumbers’ from @lancasterfarmfresh and moving with all the varietals we can get during summer.

Cashew Cream, Black Garlic, & Cherries.

Dani & Sam churn ‘em out like it’s nothing & the heat makes it a pretty easy plate to order.

Spaghetti Primavera - Ramp Crema, Smoked Morel Mushrooms, Pecorino Romano, Sunflower Crumble, Pea Shoots, Lemon

The Rampture is nigh! This is the final push of ramps for the Mid-Atlantic, and we’re getting our hands on as much as possible!

If you enjoy the sharp, sweet tastes of garlic and onions, you (like most restaurant folk) would love ramps. Incredibly seasonal flavors, especially when paired with foraged morels, this dish rightfully earns the title of “Primavera.”

Confession: I can’t get enough of our new pork dish at @duckandpeach_dc

Berkshire pork (rich, nutty, and so good) with a sour cherry demi made from fruit from @earth_n_eats Farm, plus snap peas, hakurei turnips, and spring onion. Spring on a plate, and I’m not sharing.
