POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The West is more than a destination or a direction. It’s about an undeniable purpose and a belief that there’s something more beyond the horizon. It’s the chance you take head-on into unknown lands, into endless and brimless spirits that take you, test you and break you.

If you’ve taken a road trip, you’ve felt it. If you’ve stranded your eyes on mountain tops, felt the cold streams on your feet, kicked over earth and hopped fences and cried out to the sky for rain, you’ve felt it. If you’ve worked a 12-hour shift and sweat so profusely that your shirt changed colors, you jammed the clutch between first and second gear, cussed out to fawns and then pat your dashboard in sorry baby, you’ve felt it. Hell, if your boots lit a match on the dance floor two stepping buckle to buckle, you’ve shook the hands of the elderly and opened doors and tipped your hat, you’ve felt it. More importantly, you’ve lived it.

The spirit of the West is the journey. It’s your story and sharing it is what keeps it alive. And sharing yours last night October 20th, 2026, marked a day in our lore, told a tale of our history, albeit young and ready to ride, it became eternal. Our hearts and your hearts, your words and our songs, this is the journey. This is the bonding west. Our shared preservation of history through authentic storytelling.

Thank you to @desertfivespotla for making these cowboys feel at home. Thank you @risapaige314 and your amazing team for extending your hospitality in true Western fashion. Underneath it all, in our bones, Los Angeles is a Western town. You all just proved that. See you soon Desert 5 Spot. See you sooner Cowboy Poetry posse.

Sincerely — The Cowboy Poets, Zane York & The Paper Rings. More to come from this wonderful night.

Faster doesn’t always equate to better.

Sometimes slow, controlled movement is exactly what your body + nervous system need in a world full of constant stimulation.

Every journey begins differently but they all head West and by god, we’ve kept it close to chest that there are no outsiders in our outfit.

Woooo—doggy!!! We’re the cowboy poetry posse and we invite you to come get down with the get down Thursday Sept24th at @eastwood.la for our FIRST EVER themed Cowboy Poetry Write Night.

That’s right folks, they said it couldn’t be done but we’ve been proving them wrong for over a year now. ORIGINS THEME is for YOU to tell us YOUR story. How you took your first step into a larger western world. We’ll take some special time to reflect on our own Origin stories, as well as Cowboy Poetry as a whole.

Enjoy tequila tastings from our partners @laeliatequila and our vintage typewriters for you to type your poems, stories and songs and perform them during our open mic. Winners will take home prizes — like a fifth of tequila perhaps! Just ask some of our past winners!

We are NOT the word Cowboy in front of Poetry, we’re a bunch of writers, artists, musicians and poets participating in the revival of an American folk art here in Los Angeles! The most diverse and deeply historical western town of them all.

RSVP with more event details can be found on Partiful — link in bio to all you fine fine folks!

Hot or iced? 🌹

We collaborated with @earthamatter to create Knight’s Blood, a custom caffeine free herbal tea blend inspired by the warmth of wandering into a vintage shop. Rich, comforting, a little mysterious, with a subtle medieval feel.

Made with hibiscus, cherry, red clover, hyssop, clove, hawthorn berries, cinnamon, and more. Available in very limited quantities in store.

We also have a small selection of their handmade Dew of the Wild Rose lotion, plant based tea bags, and loose leaf hibiscus and peppermint tea.

Come by before it’s gone xx

The moments that stay with us aren’t the loudest ones. They’re the moments where we pause, breathe, and reconnect.

At Rhythm + Flow, we believe in creating a holistic healing experience: bringing together movement, sound healing, and intentional wellness practices that support you from the inside out.

Another beautiful gathering made special included chiropractic care with @lailaarzounichiropractic, herbal tea elixirs from @earthamatter to nourish and restore, and coffee + matcha by @twentytwotama to begin the day with energy and intention before moving together.

Thank you for showing up and creating this space with us @alizahotelvenice. Every gathering reminds us of the power of slowing down, together. 🧘🏽‍♀️

We’ll be back August 15th for another morning of movement, connection, and healing. Tickets coming soon… 🌴
