Earth + Element — Honey Jar

Love this little honey jar. Handmade in stoneware, with a sculptural pebble-like lid that conceals the honey dipper inside.

A beautiful everyday object that deserves to stay out on the table. Proof that good design can be found at every price point.

Handmade in Los Angeles and shipping worldwide.

Easy swaps for a healthier, cleaner, more sustainable home🤍🌱

Red light bulbs for circadian rhythm support. I replaced all bedroom bulbs years ago, and the switch has been amazing. @boncharge_ . Also companies like @lumeboxpro , @vitalredlight .
Baking soda -I use it for everything. Cleaning fruit (I add a 2nd vinegar step). Bath soaks. Mouth rinse. I choose food grade/aluminum free. @bobsredmill is one I regularly buy.
Glass crock pot. I try to avoid anything that has a non-stick coating.
I use Hypochlorous acid for so many things. To clean hands. Toys. Fabric. Hard surfaces. Anything that’s dropped on the ground like utensils. @briotechusa and @magicmoleculeinc are two brands I love.
For home/cleaning, @branchbasics when baking soda/vinegar isn’t enough. They make a dishwater tablet and also a multi-purpose cleaning solution I love as well.
Pups, @kingloupets toppers, @o3canine , @silverliningherbs , a raw kibble base like @yumwoof , @nativepet probiotics, and I always add a duck or chicken egg.
Clean perfume. @esasnyc and @abelfragrance
Natural bedding. @holylamborganics makes a topper I love, as well as comforters and pillows I have had for years and years. We spend nearly half our lives in bed. To me, that’s an area worth investing in, to be sure we aren’t surrounding ourselves with chemicals. Even if you have to start slow, with just a pillow.
Water filtration system. I love that @aquasana makes everything from whole house systems to under the sink options.
Remineralizing toothpaste. I use both @livinglibationsofficial and @risewellpro . Some people might be surprised to hear that I am actually not anti-fluoride either. I believe there is a time and place for different options, and that health/wellness is not always one or the other.
Laundry detergent - I use @mollys_suds and @20muleteamborax_ . I also use the @branchbasics oxygen boost for stains.
Stainless steel uncoated silverware - I use @libertytabletop
Cast iron pots and pans - @smitheyironware and @libertytabletop
And last but not least, buying food in bulk for less waste and less plastic!
Buying hand made pieces from local artisans like @earthandelement is always a good idea :)

All summer salads should be this un-fussy. Also, are you even a mom if you don't cut like this?!

I am just wild about the photos from my time with Elizabeth of @earthandelement in her studio last month. Documenting makers in their spaces is one of my favorite things to shoot....the only way to make it even better would be to add in the CUTEST kid & make it double as a motherhood session ❤️

Feeling a little bit of all of this today. Snippets from the last few months that have made me smile, in a time where we could all use an extra smile or two🤍The world is experiencing serious shifts, let us please stay as grounded as possible, as real as possible, as human as possible. And hug the people we love…as much as possible.

Nourished Girl Diaries 🎀🧜🏼‍♀️🍕 we love a dreamy Friday with a mix of work, clients, beach lifeeee & my loves🤍

I must say, my life got 1000x more FULL & magical when I started letting myself get full 🥙and that is the main thing I wish for ALL my clients! Not *just* that you can eat pizza without guilt and punishing yourself in the gym the next day…but the full belly laughs you have with your partner at that pizza date *because* you’re not distracted by guilt or shame. That’s living a free & full life. 🫶
