A 5K where the water stations are breweries. 🍺🏃 Nobody asked for this. Some of you trained for it anyway. And yet, here we are. The 4th Annual Whittier Brew-levard 5K, a craft beer run down Whittier Blvd in Montebello and Pico Rivera, is THIS Saturday, October 24th. Is it a race?
Is it a bar crawl with cardio?
Is drinking during a 5K medically advisable?

Lately A bunch of small victories, special moments, a lot to be thankful for. Sometimes I’m so caught up in keeping life moving that I don’t stop long enough to take it in. Looking through these photos, I’m glad I reflected and smiled back on a little of it. Good people in my life . Hard earned progress I'm really fucken proud of. Moments I want to give myself time to appreciate. Trying to slow down enough to FEEL it while I’m here. We talked about this and more at our @paceandpint chat, the group brought up and answered: - sponsorships - brand partnerships - non-profit set up - culture building, community service - club apparel ordering & logistics - liability waivers and best practices - running a volunteer team ASP has taken notes 📝 and we’re working on combining and streamlining the clubs’ admin efforts with ours to lessen the workload for our community leaders. 🐌🖤 Here for the culture 🔥 lessgo

Life Lately: speedy side quests .Had a fun evening celebrating @eastside_traffic 4th year 🥳 Rules: 1 mile, team of 2 (selected at random) , 4x400 🏁 S/O to my partner Eric!
