POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Yesterday we did a lovely 5K with @flowstaterunclub and @easydoesitcommunity, who teamed up for a collab with the new burger spot @burgerandbeyond — who very kindly sorted us out with a discount on burgers at the end (and some were even free for the first 30 lucky ticket nabbers 🍔). And boy let me tell you, they were delishhhhh.

We ran from Burger & Beyond all the way down to the pier, up to Hove Lawns and back, and the sunset really brought out the big guns for us 🌅 Stunning the wholeeee way.

Nothin but good vibes and I already can’t wait for the next one.

Give them both a follow to keep up with the dates and all the events they’re hosting. They both host regular runs and loads more events, so there’s plenty to get involved with 🏃‍♀️

The perfect midweek activity, and yet another reason why I love Brighton so much. There’s always so much wholesome stuff happening like this 💙

If you love being outdoors, here are some of my favourite things to do in and around Brighton. 🌿 Save this for the next sunny day!

1. Walk from Brighton to Lewes 🥾
One of my favourite walks. It takes around 3.5 hours, starting at The Level, through the racecourse and up into the South Downs before finishing in Lewes. Then finish with a pint at @abyssbrewing at the end.

2. Head for a beach picnic 🧺
Fill a cool bag with all your favourite snacks, head down to the beach and spend the day swimming, sunbathing and grazing your way through the afternoon. One of my favourite ways to spend a hot day.

3. Cycle to Saltdean 🚲
Ride along the seafront towards Saltdean with the sea on one side and the cliffs on the other. It’s such a lovely route and an easy way to get out of the city for a few hours.

4. Head up to Devil’s Dyke ⛰️
It’s only a short drive from Brighton and the views never get old. Whether you fancy a long walk or just want to soak up the scenery, it’s always worth the trip.

5. Play volleyball at @yellowave 🏐
This was so much fun. If you don’t have a group to go with, check out @easydoesitcommunity Run Club – they regularly host social volleyball sessions as well as other outdoor activities which are such a fun way to meet people and get outside.
