A quick trip to Canberra, a moment to slow down & a little time to reflect. 🌅

Watching the rowers glide across the lake was a reminder that every big goal starts with a single stroke. Keep your eyes on the destination, trust the process & never underestimate how far the little things can take you.

“I only see my goals, I don’t believe in failure, cause I know the smallest voices can make it major.” 🎶

Now it’s time to get back to Sydney & keep moving forward. One step, one goal, one day at a time. 💙

@redshedcbr is for rowing. But did you also know it was for fitness, wellness, food, drink, an absolutely the best views of our lake?

We spent a few hours enjoying the facilities and the community who already know about this somewhat hidden gem. We were blown away by the place (suffice to say we will be back!).

Weekly memberships start from just $35, or just turn up for some beautifully healthy food and superior smoothies at @easyoarcafe.

Find your better at Red Shed.

📍 Easy Oar Cafe – in Red Shed, Acton
Peaceful location and wonderful views outdoors. We arrived at a non-peak time. Great drinks and food to accompany with as well.

Sometimes you just follow the path the road takes you.

This road led us to @easyoarcafe, and we’re so glad it did.

There’s a genuine laid-back feel to this place. You can simply sit back in the impressive architectural magnificence of @redshedcbr, soak in all those beautiful views, and make the most of their phenomenal drinks menu.

Our choices for the day were the ever-so-smooth and luxe Salted Maple Mont Blanc, a perfectly made flat white, and a takeaway Earl Grey Iced Matcha.

And be sure to try the Poké Bowl — $24 of fresh, colourful goodness with rice, avocado, cucumber, edamame, carrot, radish, fresh chilli, spring onion, coriander, sesame seeds and nori, all brought together with a soy-lime dressing. Choose your favourite from grilled salmon, grilled chicken or marinated tofu.

Yum yum.
