Pumpkin spice, but make it a full dinner 🎃🍽️

@ took fall flavors way past the latte with a five-course menu that actually felt creative from start to finish 🎃

The pumpkin spice espresso martini was easily one of the best parts — rich, smooth, and not too sweet. Then we had yellowfin tuna aguachile, pumpkin rigatoni with Calabrian chili, super tender seabass, fall-apart short ribs with pumpkin BBQ sauce, and a pumpkin pie mousse to finish.

What I liked most was that every course used pumpkin differently, so nothing felt repetitive or overly sweet.

This is definitely one of the more fun seasonal menus in Miami right now 🎃🔥

If you’re looking for a Miami Spice dinner that feels anything but basic, add Eating House in Coral Gables to your list. The 2026 Miami Spice dinner is $65 per person + tax/gratuity and includes 3 courses.

We went with a few different dishes to try more of the menu:

🥂 Pulled Burrata — roasted butternut squash, hazelnut, basil & aged balsamic
🌽 Cauliflower “Elote” — lime crema, Cotija cheese, crispy corn & cilantro
🍝 Pasta Carbonara — applewood-smoked bacon, egg yolk, black truffle & breadcrumbs
🥩 Prime NY Strip Frites +$20 — 14 oz prime steak, shoestring fries & ketchup
🍫 Dirt Cup — chocolate cookie crumb, hazelnut, salted caramel & vanilla ice cream

Miami Spice. @eating_house. No notes

🤍 took myself on a solo date in between meetings and was not disappointed! I’d only gone for happy hour but was glad I got Miami Spice here too. The service is beyond incredible. Don’t even get me started on the food. It was the perfect rainy night for a party of one ☺️
