Thank you @eatingwithsol
The Linden Store in Wellesley, MA may be our favorite sub shop in the burbs. Simple, consistent, so damn good! #eatingwithsol Where is your go-to spot?

August is Eat Local! month, and the goal is to offer a dish using as many Massachusetts ingredients as possible. We are featuring grilled striped bass with a julienne of fennel (Verrill Farm) on the plancha. Our Mass. farmers have had a particularly challenging season this year, and you can help by eating as many MassGrown foods as possible. #massgrown #massgrownandfresher #localproduce #localfish #smallbusiness #smallbusinessnetwork #verrillfarm #stripedbass #massbass #fennel #summervegetables #plancha #locallyowned #locallyownedbusiness #womanownedbusiness

Who loves local seafood? We do too! Especially when it is seared and salted to perfection.
