We had 10 second plunges to 35 minute swims today. Beautiful way to kick off 2025 - together - in open water!

What a weekend! Seriously smashed but feeling good.

Coach Lana is also the race director for the @knox.ows Bridges to Bluffs 10k open water swim in Knoxville TN.

It’s a ton of work, and some long sweaty days… but she’s surrounded by an amazing community that love the sport, the river and each other. A very lucky time and place to be, indeed.

So just enjoying a bit of rest and recovery, as we get ready to support the team at IM Chattanooga and a few other events next weekend.

We hope you all enjoyed a weekend that filled your cup. 🤩

Our signature Bridges to Bluffs 10k features a pretty cool finisher award every year.

Last year’s @otterbox lunch cooler (pictured here) was as a hit.

What do you think this years should be?!

And BTW, we’re about 70% sold out, so if you want sweet B2B SWAG, it’s time to register. Link in bio or from our website.
