A morning gathering from a few weekends ago with @cazoff and an unbelievable coffee cheesecake with sudachi mint jelly from @eatnunchi @mrnunchi. Grateful to everyone who shared the time with us, and a special thanks to @anajakthaifood for the wonderful post-service dinner that evening - Kay

The wedding cake isn’t just a dessert anymore. It’s a sculpture, a fashion statement, a nostalgia trip, and sometimes barely looks edible at first glance. From translucent jelly creations to baroque piping, we rounded up 21 of the most exciting US cake artists to know 🤍 Cover, @mmadiscott Jordan Rondel, Photography @laurenalexkim Velvet Valley Cakes, Photography @calicocanon Roxanne Rosensteel, @roxannerosensteel

@eatnunchi (www.eatnunchi.com), aka creative duo Lexie Park and Willy Hu, is putting your favorite brand in jello. Dedicated to creating art out of jello since 2019, I can safely say they aren’t new to it, but most certainly true to it. Their craft often delves into their shared Korean heritage, and is equal parts about jello as it is about the root ingredients– whether it be suspending an entire strawberry in clear jello or paper-thin slices of white peach layered to create a delicate translucent effect. Or an entire SKIMS bra. Not only have restaurants embraced Nunchi’s jiggly, whimsical offerings, but clothing and beauty brands as well (like Nike and Starface), taking brand activations and parties to a whole new edible level. In a world of dime-a-dozen alcoholic beverages, pastries, and goody bags, Eat Nunchi single-handedly made jello the it-girl. And that inspires me!

Event photo diary with the tea behind every shot 📗 This was for @freshbeauty new launch: soy cleansing jelly balm 🫧 Everything was branded so nicely and they *really* leaned into the theme which is always fun to experience! They had these ginormous blowups and this was me 2.5 seconds after being scolded for jumping like a kid in a bounce house 😂 The food and bevs were created by @eatnunchi and were jelly inspired by the product launch! I had like 10 of these rice balls 😇 Oh and you guys wanted the lip combo details: @makeupforever limitless brown liner + @eadem.co churro de canela le chouchou lip balm 🤎 Detail shot 🔎 The cocktails were so fun but I ended up just getting a margarita because… well I just love a good marg 😇 Ended the night with this gorgeous cheesecake. I love how they effortlessly incorporated jelly into everything and made it taste delicious! Thanks again @freshbeauty for having us 💚

I must’ve been a tween when I first started using the original soy face cleanser. It was in all of my travel beauty kits on location and on travels. So excited to try the new jelly cleanser gel - it’s a universal truth that anything in jelly form is better. Thanks for having me !! She used a super strong mascara and it melted off like butter. Also takes off sunscreen, which is great because did you know leaving sunscreen on could cause closed comedones! “Yum yum in my tum tum” Who else is into jelly ASMR?
