Summer magic + travels✨so grateful for my family, friends, clients and the sacred places and waters that I’ve gotten to spend time with the last couple of months. Surprise Diaper Party was a huge success! 👶🏻🍻 So grateful for all the dudes that showed up to celebrate our daddy to be! He had absolutely no idea and it was so nice to get all of his favorite guys together in one room! Shoutout to @alwaysgolfwestlake for being the best hosts and so easy to work with! 🌈💚6 YEARS OF HOPE💚🌈 I don’t even know where to begin—in some ways it feels like yesterday that we opened this first studio in Fairview Park; in others in feels like a lifetime ago. I was 29 with a desire to find meaning for the loss of my parents—to be able to share the practices of yoga with others that had helped me so much in my grieving processes. I wanted to create a space where there was genuine connection where we all felt like we belonged and we could all work through the messiness of life—transforming our griefs into resilience—learning to heal, grow and thrive in community. We started with very humble beginnings—5 gallon buckets full of concrete to hold our wooden posts to showcase our logo as a makeshift sign. I truthfully had no idea what I was getting myself into and learned many good, bad and life-changing lessons along the way. Things haven’t been easy, it’s often felt like an uphill battle—small business ownership is no small feat—but every human who has been positively impacted because of HY is what makes it all worth it each and every day. Over the last 6 years we’ve been able to serve over 5,551 students with 10,859 classes/events and 79,321 visits. I have many people to thank for this success: Team HY: Current staff and former staff—thank you for your dedication to our mission and to serving a larger purpose outside of yourself! You are very much appreciated and loved! Students: Thank you for supporting my small business and sharing your love for HY with your extended network—it’s because of you that we’ve been able to continue to grow in so many ways! Family, Friends & Mentors: Thank you for supporting me especially in the times of doubt—you know who you are and you are so loved! Tyler & Penny: Thank you for being my rocks—none of this would be possible without you—I love you both and our baby Grobe endlessly! Mom & Dad: I hope you’re proud of this living and breathing legacy that was created for you—I miss you so much each and every day but can feel your presence, warmth & love every time I step foot into these spaces! Walk on with HOPE in your heart and you will never walk alone💚

✨OCTOBER 2024 RECAP✨ October is one of my favorite months—not only because it’s my birth month but because of the change in seasons! I love the fall foliage and the cool down in the weather!🍂🍁 We had an amazing time celebrating my 35th birthday and sharing our special news with family and friends at our clam-baby! Regardless of the all day sickness there was still lots of outdoor adventures, another retreat with an amazing group of women and @hopeyogastudio , time spent with loved ones and soaking in all the still surreal moments! Grateful to finally be a mom at 35 and looking forward to more time spent in nature & with the ones we love💚🥰🌲🌳
