We love a good bagel 🥯 for breakfast!
.
Today’s bagel 🥯 had half an avocado 🥑 , a scrambled egg 🍳 , bacon 🥓, and cream cheese 🧀 on it! This is one of my favorite combos and I had been waiting and waiting for a sunny ☀️ day to photograph it. After a whole week of rain 🌧 we finally have a pretty weekend! I can’t wait to get outside and enjoy it!

Not to brag or anything but I fed these to my fam without telling them the ingredients and they agreed they are better than regular Reese’s Pieces💯
Homemade Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (and they’re healthy😏)
Ingredients:
•1 c you fav pb
•3 tbsp coconut oil
•1/3 c honey
•3-5 scoops of vanilla or chocolate protein powder
•lots of semi-sweet it dark chocolate chips (I used a whole bag)
•opt: dash of salt, 2 tbsp cocoa power, 1 tsp vanilla
.
Directions:
Combine pb, 1 tbsp coconut oil, honey, protein powder, and optional salt, cocoa powder, & salt.
It should form a play dough type texture, you can add additional protein powder if too watery or almond milk if too thick.
Form into desired shapes and place on parchment paper, place in freezer for at least 10 min.
Melt chocolate chips with remaining 2 tbsp coconut oil, microwave in 30 second increments, stirring between each until melted.
Using forks, dip each the chilled peanut butter shapes in the chocolate.
Drizzle tops with chocolate if desired.
Store in the freezer & enjoy!🙌🏽
