✨ Eight years of Lorelai. ✨

Happy 8th Birthday to our sweet girl! 💕 Watching you grow into the kind, curious, funny, and determined girl you are today is one of our greatest joys.

You have the biggest heart, the brightest smile, and a way of making the world around you a little more joyful just by being you. We are so proud of how much you’ve grown, all the things you’ve overcome, and the beautiful person you continue to become.

For her 8th birthday, we spent the day in Doylestown doing a “This or That” birthday adventure! 🎉 Lorelai opened envelopes throughout the day and got to choose what we did next, from where we ate lunch and what we shopped for to picking out a sweet treat and how we ended the day. It was such a fun way to celebrate her and all the things she loves. 💕

Today, we celebrated with family and friends, filling the day with even more love, laughter, and birthday fun. 🎂✨ We are so grateful for everyone who helped make our girl feel so loved on her 8th birthday.

Eight looks pretty wonderful on you, Lorelai. 🩷

We love you more than you’ll ever know.
Happy 8th Birthday, sweet girl! 🎂✨🌈

This girl had the best birthday week of her FOUR years. Four celebrations, culminating in her “Wicked Fun 4th Birthday” tonight at the Movie Theater. Please enjoy several slides detailing my psychosis. 🩷🧹👑🪄💚🎵

🎉 Three scoops of fun for our birthday girl! 🍦

Happy 3rd Birthday to our little munchkin, Karlie! 💕 We kicked off the celebrations early with family before school wrapped, and kept the party going down in OBX. She’s been soaking up every bit of summer, sunshine, fun and smiles since!

Can’t believe our girl is THREE — full of giggles, sass, and sparkle. ☀️💫

Her birthday was June 16th, but we’ve just been having too much fun to post! ☀️🤪

I think most people assume that the baby of the family probably always gets their way…and the only girl? Well of course she’s spoiled beyond belief- but in our house our baby has gotten some things she never asked for- tired parents, sideline snacks for dinner, an entire pandemic that took some of the best years during the start of her life. The weekends are never about her. This weekend was all about her, as she made her First Holy Communion. And as per usual, our girl was all in. For weeks, she requested her church hymns on Spotify so she would be sure to know every word. She made me practice giving her fake hosts to rehearse her response to the priest. She talked about it around the clock, and wanted to plan our celebration in every free minute of her day (usually during the busiest moments in mine). She wanted to invite every family and friend, new and old, and just beamed with joy over the idea of a day just about her. This weekend we celebrated her beyond belief- the storms kept 100 of us in our four walls (which was crazy and messy and perfect) which wasn’t how she (we) planned, but our home has always been full of love and memories and chaos, so it just felt right. I could see in her face, she felt so loved, so valued, so important. God Bless our sweet Lolly James, the life of the party, the sunshine we all need. I know we don’t always give her the attention she deserves, but I hope this weekend she knows how much she means to all of us. May this first taste of the Eucharist be the beginning of a life anchored in love, faith, and redemption. May she always shine this bright. ✨
